"1. Location: It's bang in the center of Old Nice and 5 minutes from the beach & Massena Square. Line 1 stops are close by & it's a 15 mins walk down Jean Medicine to the Nice Ville station. 2. Communication from staff was very clear & concise. They told us when & how the security deposit will be blocked. Pick up for keys & other instructions were very clear. The deposit was released post check out. 3. The apartment is very well-sized for 2-3 people. Its has everything you many need for a comfortable stay - washing machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, iron etc. They have also given a drying rack & floaties for the beach."

"1. The door to the apartment is a real problem. The wood has swelled up which doesn't allow the door to close properly. You have to push & pull really hard in order to align the door with the lock. One time we had thought we locked the door but it was open. Management should fix this to avoid any security issues. 2. Although the floor of the apartment was clean there was a lot of dust on the countertops, TV, side tables etc. 3. August was extremely hot & the AC was not cooling as effectively. There was no fan in the apartment to keep the air moving. 4. Shower is not good. It's loose on its stand & the pressure was not consistent. The bathroom had no ventilation which made it stuffy & steamy. No hooks for hanging clothes or towels. 5. The Balcony has a terrible view to the back of the building. We couldn't sit outside at all."

"A few days before the start of the arrangement, they insisted to paid deposit in the amount of 200 EUR. They have not set a damage deposit to cover possible damages, and it was not stated on the terms and conditions under my reservation and on the website. Booking didn't protect me, so I had to pay a deposit. That's the amount I was practically denied on the trip. Be sure to take pictures of the entire apartment before entering and upon leaving, so that the deposit will be returned to you upon departure. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression."

Sam apartament bardzo czysty, zadbany i wyposażony we wszystko co nie zbędne na kilkudniowy wyjazd. Świetna lokalizacja blisko plaży oraz najważniejszych atrakcji. Komunikacją miejska w pobliżu również na duży plus. W apartamencie jest przestronna sypialnia z wygodnym łóżkiem oraz pokój dzienny z aneksem kuchennym, który jest super wyposażony. Łazienka również dobrze zaopatrzona, prysznic bez zastrzeżeń. Bardzo polecam."
